Important Preparation Work for Exterior Home Painting

• Power washing properly, to clean surfaces and avoid damage to substrates.
• Scraping off any loose or peeling paint, and sanding where needed for adhesion such as doors.
• Caulking gaps and cracks where previously caulked, or where needed for maintenance. 45 year elastomeric caulking primer applied to bare wood (full prime option available)
• On request - we can pull old decoration hangers, or take care of carpentry or gutter repairs, just ask.

Quality Service Means Helping You Keep your Environment Safe!

Please feel free to let our courteous workers know what you need them to do to make your project as easy as possible - especially with children and pets sharing the space! We probably need your sprinkler system off. Let us know where to store supplies, and where to clean up our water based materials. Make sure that you end up with touch up paint, labeled by area if there are different colors, in case you need to have us back later for repairs.

Our workers will cover lawn furniture and satellite dishes as best possible, but prefer that you bring anything fragile or valuable into your garage for safe keeping. We'll use as much care as we can in landscape beds, given that we need access to reach surfaces needing maintenance.

Please let us know if you have awnings or items that need special handling. We may need to coordinate a specialty service or gutter company to give us a hand.

Window washing services - we love "Nothing But Clean" window washing and can give you their contact info. We're responsible for cleaning up OUR paint, but not paint from a previous paint job, off windows or brick.
