We may ask that you coordinate a specialty moving service for these items. We do need you to make sure that you personally secure any fragile or valuable items, to be sure that nothing is accidentally broken or misplaced, while we’re moving around with ladders.
We cover furniture, flooring, and fixtures to protect them from paint and dust. The crew will clean up their construction debris. Many customers find it practical to hire a cleaning service for a good, deep cleaning after painting, flooring or construction.

Typical wall and ceiling preparation includes caulking or spackle. We can remove old nails, screws or hangers, but assume that you’ll be putting your decorative items in the same positions unless you let us know.
