Our workers come prepared to move "normal" furniture for you. Please let us know if you have fragile or antique furniture, electronics,
pool tables or pianos, that need special handling. We may ask that you coordinate a specialty moving service for these items. We do need
you to make sure that you personally secure any fragile or valuable items, to be sure that nothing is accidentally broken or misplaced,
while we're moving around with ladders.
We cover furniture, flooring and fixtures to protect them from paint and dust. The crew will clean up their construction debris. Many
customers find it practical to hire a cleaning service for a good, deep cleaning after painting, flooring or construction.
Typical wall and ceiling preparation includes caulking or spackle. We can remove old nails, screws or hangers, but assume that you'll be
putting your decorative items in the same positions unless you let us know. Most homeowners find it's easiest to only leave in nails
where items will go back up, indicating that the guys can fill any holes they find. Additional services which will be listed on your
proposal include drywall or crack repairs, wallpaper removal, and textures. Faux finishes will vary in cost based upon technique, so be
sure to ask if changes in colors or techniques will change the cost of your project. The workers will be more interested in pleasing you
than making sure that your design change is within your budget!
Please feel free to let our courteous workers know what you need them to do to make your project as easy as possible - especially with
children and pets sharing the space! We probably need your sprinkler system off. Let us know where to store supplies, and where to
clean up our water based materials. And make sure that you end up with touchup paint, labelled by area if there are different colors, in
case you need to have us back later for repairs.
